These terms explain use of the Noir Black customer interface and ChatGPT connection. The specific trip, amount, currency, deposit, validity, cancellation conditions and other service terms are set out in the private quote issued by Noir Black. The interface does not create a new public rate or override those issued terms.

Enquiries and availability

Submitting an enquiry records a request for staff review. It does not book or reserve a vehicle, guarantee coverage for a particular route, or promise a response time. Service-area and vehicle listings describe supported enquiry categories and published passenger ceilings. The team must verify route support, exact configuration, luggage, accessibility and availability.

Private quotes and acceptance

Only the current staff-issued and approved quote is available for acceptance. Review its full terms before accepting on the secure customer page. An expired, revised or withdrawn quote cannot be accepted as if it were current. The server checks the quote revision and trip review when the acceptance is submitted.

Payment and reservation

Payment uses the existing Noir Black invoice process. A payment link is not evidence of payment. A provider-confirmed payment is separate from an operator-confirmed reservation. Rely on the current reservation status and the team’s confirmed arrangements. Do not enter card details into ChatGPT or this enquiry form.

Amendments and cancellation

The customer page records amendment or cancellation requests for staff review. A submitted request does not independently change the trip or cancel a reservation. Existing arrangements remain in effect until Noir Black confirms the outcome under the issued service terms. Refunds and disputes have separate payment states.

Using your access

Use your own verified identity. Keep credentials and verification codes private. You may view and act only on requests that belong to your verified account. Contact the team if a record appears incorrect or if you need help accessing a phone-only enquiry.

ChatGPT and third-party services

The connection uses a hosted MCP service and supported customer interfaces. Availability in ChatGPT depends on platform capabilities, review and account permissions. A normal plugin listing does not grant local-services partner activation or service-transaction approval. External services have their own terms and privacy policies.
