Noir Black in ChatGPT

Explore the public catalogue without creating a Noir Black account. For private request information, ChatGPT must connect to your own verified Noir Black identity. Keep contact details, addresses, codes and payment information on the secure Noir Black customer page.

How the customer journey works

1. Choose a service and compare published vehicle passenger limits.
2. Open the secure customer page. Enter your name and a usable email or phone number, then add itinerary details progressively.
3. Review exactly what will be sent and choose Submit enquiry. Your saved request gets a reference.
4. Verify email access to view your own current requests and staff-issued private quotes.
5. Review the current quote terms, currency, validity and deposit before accepting on Noir Black.
6. Use the approved invoice step when the team has prepared it. Payment and reservation states are displayed separately.
7. Send amendments, cancellations or privacy requests for staff review.

Availability of the connection

Public catalogue access is separate from customer-service activation and ChatGPT directory review. If the secure connection is awaiting activation, the customer page directs you to the existing Noir Black enquiry form. A native local-services Get Quote button requires separate partner approval. In-product service transactions are disabled until explicitly enabled by the platform.

Recovering safely

If a submission times out, keep the page open and retry the same action. The action key is reused to recover the original committed result. A draft conflict means another version exists; open the saved draft and review it again. Expired sessions require verification again. Expired or revised quotes require a new review.

If you submitted using only a phone number, contact the team to arrange secure access. A reference or an email typed into chat cannot unlock a record.
